Please note: Twenty miuntes of technical support via phone and/or email is provided free with the CD package. This is more than adequate to resolve most technical issues. However, to keep the packages at a reasonable cost for everyone, we must charge $15 for each additional 10 minutes of support provided. Your technical support provider will inform you when you need to purchase additional support time.

Our CDs are not tested on Apple or Mac computers. NO SUPPORT IS PROVIDED FOR MAC COMPUTERS.
